Do You Feel Safe? Reclaim Your Body.

Regine and I were talking about that line from The Color Purple when Sophia says, “A girl child ain't safe…”

Like Sophia I, Tosh, grew up in domestic violence and sexual abuse. In the Black community, these experiences are common, sadly, yet we don’t openly discuss it or its impact on sexuality. But the more I share my truth, others raise their hand too.

Abuse and trauma are unfortunate realities which beg these questions:

Do you feel safe in your body?

Do you feel safe being naked?

For a long time those traumas left me feeling unsafe and disconnected from my body. I was nearly 30 years old before I realized my body belonged to me. Maybe you can relate.

As a survivor of abuse and violence, it’s taken time and intentionality to restore a relationship not only with my body, but also my sexuality. Making time for self pleasure helped me reconnect with my body, find what I like, and embrace all of me. Thanks to my certifications in Bodysex and Erotic Blueprints, I now understand that I have a responsibility to myself to find and reclaim pleasure and joy…instead of thinking I’m only supposed to please others.

Are you ready to center yourself and take responsibility for finding pleasure and joy? We’ll show you exactly how-to together, in sisterhood.

If you want:

  • To begin a journey of self-love and self-acceptance

  • To be in an intimate space to feel safe, seen, and heard

  • To feel the sisterhood of unconditional acceptance, compassion, and support

  • To heal the impact of trauma and abuse

…join us for The Bodysex Circle: An Experience in Self-Pleasure, Body Acceptance, and Sisterhood on Nov 10-11, 2023 (online).

In this virtual experience we’ll share tools that will support you in unlocking more self-love and pleasure so you can break any cycle of abuse on your femininity.

After The Bodysex Circle you’ll:

🌸 correct years of miseducation about your sexual anatomy

🌸 celebrate your beautiful Black body

🌸 collectively heal trauma and shame around sex

🌸 learn how to become comfortable with self-pleasure (aka masturbation) for increased wellness

We can't wait to meet you!

Busy & Disconnected from My Body

This is the most embarrassing story. And maybe even a little TMI (too much info) but if you stick with me there’s a point. Rewind to 2010. My days were fast-paced. At that time, my to-do list was neve
